Shawn Fulbright is an associate with Barrick Switzer Long Balsley & Van Evera, LLP. Shawn’s 20 plus years of practice has been focused primarily on commercial litigation and business law. Shawn’s practice includes: business formation and governance, business transactions and contracts, contract litigation, creditors’ rights, foreclosures, judgment enforcement and construction law.
Prior to joining Barrick Switzer Long Balsley & Van Evera, LLP, Shawn was a sole-practitioner with a primary focus on commercial litigation and business law.
Shawn has served as the Chairman of the Commercial Law Section and the Continuing Legal Education Section for the Winnebago County Bar Association.
