Mr. Henry has been with the firm since 1997. He has been a partner since 2004. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and District of Columbia and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. His areas of practice include Civil Litigation with a focus on Commercial Litigation; Municipal Law which includes zoning and land use, municipal litigation, and municipal financing of public improvements for various forms of units of local government; Estate Planning and Probate; and Corporate Law.
Mr. Henry has been recognized as a leading lawyer by the Leading Lawyers Network, a service that ranks lawyers through peer reviews. He has been honored to serve three times on the Winnebago County Bar Association Board of Directors.
Mr. Henry was extremely fortunate to have been born and raised in St. Joseph, Michigan along the sun-splashed, sandy shores of Lake Michigan. He is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and the University Of Toledo College Of Law. He and his wife, Julie, reside in Rockford, Illinois. Mr. Henry has served on the Board of Directors of Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary, a non for profit no-kill animal shelter, since 2009.
