Mr. Balsley graduated with honors from the University of Illinois Law School where he served on the Law Review Board of Editors. Joining the firm in 1972, he has a general practice with an emphasis on commercial transactions, real estate, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Mr. Balsley is a Bankruptcy Panel Trustee, serving in the Northern District of Illinois, United States Bankruptcy Court.
